Meet the Teacher on Tuesday night, August 6th, at 6:00 p.m. We will have a short, school wide meeting at 6 in the auditorium to go over a few changes that will be in place this year. Following that, classrooms will be open and teachers will be excited to meet all their new students. See you then!
Mrs. Dean’s 2nd grade class, was so lucky to have some lovely ladies come teach them how to sew this week! The kids got to make a quilt block and a bookmark; two of the ladies are Mrs. Dean’s Aunts Toma and Diann, Polly is from the Cushing Quilters Guild, and she brought her son Patrick. Patrick was able to show the boys that sewing is not just a girl thing!
Today was our 100th day of school, and some of our teachers dressed up to look like they were 100 years old.
